Contenta Meetings & Events’ Founder Jane Maine is based in San Diego with over 17 years’ experience delivering best-in-class events for clients in the biotech, finance and telecom industries including AB SCIEX, ConvergeOne, Illumina, Life Technologies, PwC and PacBio.
Background: A native Philadelphian, Jane graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Business Management and minor in International Business. Jane holds her CMP, Cvent Advanced and HMCC certifications.
Happy Place: Jane’s happy place is on her Peloton (Team Cody & Robin’s Wolf Pack), hiking, going to Padres games and finding the latest hot spot on the San Diego dining scene (some favorites include Trust, Cardellino and Jeune et Jolie).
Beverage of Choice: Jane’s beverage of choice is local ‘good’ coffee. Her favorite hack is searching ‘coffee roaster’ on yelp when traveling.
Favorite Event Memories: Hiring Snoop Dogg for a surprise performance at House of Blues Anaheim & working with Macklemore for a Customer Appreciation Event in Washington, DC.

CAITLIN GOBEL
MEETING PLANNER
Caitlin is a dedicated hospitality professional with a strong foundation in hotel operations and event planning. Her education paired with hands-on experience as a convention services manager, has shaped her into a creative and detail-oriented leader in meetings and events. She thrives on building meaningful connections and loves sharing her knowledge to help others grow.
Background: Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Caitlin moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management with an emphasis in Meetings & Events. She has called San Diego home ever since and has built a thriving career while enjoying all that the city has to offer!
Happy Place: Trying a new restaurant, soaking up the sunshine, or relaxing at home with her dog, Finn.
Beverage of Choice: Iced Vanilla Latte or a glass of Sauvignon Blanc
Favorite Event Memory: Planning a Grand Opening Party to launch a newly renovated and rebranded hotel — complete with a performance by a special musical guest!
Fun Fact: Caitlin is oddly lucky — she somehow manages to win the most random raffles, giveaways, and contests without even trying.

Neil Fullerton
MANAGER OF MEETINGS & EVENTS
Neil is a dynamic meetings and events professional, bringing over a decade of diverse experience from the non-profit, agency, and corporate worlds. His comprehensive background and proven track record ensure seamless and impactful events that exceed expectations.
Background: Originally from Medina, OH, Neil relocated to San Diego after earning a Bachelor's Degree in International Business & Arts Management from Baldwin-Wallace College. His time in San Diego has also included stints in Anchorage, AK, and Denver, CO. Neil is a devoted pet parent to his two dogs, Woody and Buster.
Happy Place: Exploring new destinations, cuddles with his dog and watching drag performances.
Beverage of Choice: Iced Americano or Dirty Vodka Martini
Favorite Event Memory: Realizing that you can’t clap and cheers with champagne at the same time.
Fun Fact: Neil had the unique opportunity to work on a train in Alaska during the summer of 2018.

Bianca Jordan
Meeting Coordinator
Bianca is a well-rounded hospitality professional with a versatile background in event production, hotel operations, and DMC services. They began their career gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of the hospitality industry, which laid the groundwork for their specialization in corporate event planning. With a strong eye for detail, Bianca utilizes her expertise to develop memorable experiences for her clients and guests alike.
Background: Born in Manila, Philippines, Bianca immigrated to San Diego at a young age to pursue a new life with her mother. She quickly fell in love with the city's community, coastal charm, and diversity. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) from San Diego State University, where she grew her passion for creating meaningful experiences for the community. Throughout her education, Bianca was also heavily involved with SDSU's NSMH chapter, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering minorities in their hospitality careers. After many years of calling San Diego home, she is proud to consider herself a San Diegan at heart.
Happy Place: The beach for a leisurely walk, reading by the ocean, and listening to the calming waves
Beverage of Choice: Earl grey tea, home-made matcha latte, or a glass of Chardonnay
Favorite Event: Planning a real-life high production murder mystery inspired by Clue for a client, involving sets of "clue rooms", hired immersive actors, and live entertainment for guests
Fun Fact: Bianca formerly performed for a competitive dance team against other schools all along SoCal. Currently, Bianca is still involved with her local dance team, supporting their continued growth in their upcoming competition season.
